I believe therapy works best when it honors all parts of who you are—your culture, values, relationships, and lived experiences. As a second-generation Punjabi-Canadian woman, I understand the tension that can come with navigating multiple identities. I offer a culturally affirming, trauma-informed space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.
My approach is humanistic, integrative, and strength-based. I tailor our work to your unique needs while also considering the roles of family, community, and environment in your life. I’m here to help you connect to what truly matters to you—your values, goals, and sense of self.
I often work with individuals facing challenges related to self-worth, relationships, anxiety, emotional abuse, intergenerational trauma, communication, boundaries, and identity. I draw on mindfulness and somatic-based practices to support emotional regulation and body awareness, while also using relational, narrative, and trauma-informed CBT approaches to help process your experiences and foster meaningful change.
